Said approach will require an in-depth conversation with the business owner, a definition of problems areas and an exploratory step to identify solutions. We will provide a specific consulting time & action calendar with specific defined tasks.

Our firm’s principal has extensive project experience for international consulting assignments with a Fortune 500 company, having worked in teams along such prestigious firms like the Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey.

The firm’s fees are based on the extend of the assignment, and we typically do not accept assignments beyond six months.
