A successful individual will have an understanding of midsized businesses, their owners' needs and operations and needs to have an understanding of financial statements. A typically candidate might be a “young” retired executive who recently sold his business or an individual who is currently searching for an additional / new activity. Most importantly, however, the individual has a great sense for networking, is sociable, outgoing and can establish an immediate rapport with successful business owners.
A chosen individual will be assigned specific areas with defined target markets for which we will provide detailed business information. Preferably, the respective individuals are currently embedded in their business community and can introduce our service to a network of existing business contacts.
Representation in various networking groups and chambers of commerce functions is a "must", and the "opening of doors" for our professionals to hold workshops and presentations to small groups is a plus.
Compensation is based on a variety of income flows to our professionals and it is not solely dependent on “deal closings”.
We provide training and education by way of an initial training upon joining and continued education throughout a career. Due our long-term client relationships, we are only interested in long-term employment candidates and team players.
